REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

The seller’s chief objective is to ensure the buyer is fully satisfied with their purchase. If, for any reason, the buyer is not satisfied with the goods purchased from our website, the buyer has a right to return the product (within 30 days from the date that product is received). We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.   

In order to qualify for a refund, the goods or packaging may not have been open, damaged, or used. Once the outer packaging has been removed from the product, it is considered final sale and cannot be returned. 

In order to help with your order issue, you must open a ticket with our Customer Service department by emailing [email protected] within the cancellation period. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged In any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address this case by case and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
