LOCAL PICKUP 

• In-store pick-up is available Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. If you prefer to meet us curbside for pickup, please call or email the shop to make arrangements. 

ORDER PROCESSING

• We ship from Lake Charles, LA  
• Orders are processed between 1-2 days, and this excludes holidays and weekends.  

• Pre Ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days of their arrival in stock. 
• Successfully placed orders will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.  
• If you need any assistance with your order, please get in touch with us immediately at [email protected]. We will not be able to make changes to an order once it has been shipped. 
• Please ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to the address that you provided. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding shipping) and ask that you resubmit your order.

SHIPPING

• Currently, CCC Boutique is only shipping within the United States. We use USPS as our shipping carrier. Their site states, but does not guarantee, a 2–8 day shipping window.  
• You will be provided a tracking number once your order has been shipped; you can track your shipment at https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input. Please Allow 48 hours for the tracking to become available.

• Prices for shipping will be dependent upon the weight of your products, the packaging size, and your location. 
• We also offer free shipping for orders over $100.00!
